How many checkpoints do I need?
We recommend a minimum of 3 so you can keep one close to you while still forcing you to move, with your next one nearby, and another at your final destination.
Keeping travel time between each checkpoint to a minimum ensures you get to your goal destination little by little!
Where should I place each checkpoint?
You keep your checkpoints in locations where you spend time doing an activity. These can be the bathroom, kitchen, or your car.
Each one of these should help get you to your goal destination.
What if I want to keep my checkpoint somewhere public?
Checkpoints are shareable, and we are planning partnerships with local gyms and clubs to keep a public checkpoint for their members.

Do I have to charge my checkpoints?
Never! We leverage NFC technology, so they can be used almost forever without energy :)
If one does so happen to never work again, we'll replace it for you.
